I created these two procedures while I was working as an intern during the summer of 1998. I wrote them using a company template on Microsoft Word '97 over the course of two days.

The procedures were part of a larger project I worked on, informing employees of several new online manuals. In addition to writing the procedures, I planned a company-wide information session about the manuals, created flyers, and made a PowerPoint presentation.

This is a report on a usability test that I designed and implemented as a project for a course I took in the fall of 1999. I designed the test to evaluate the first version of the Sigma Tau Delta website, which I had just finished creating. Based on this test, I made changes to the site, which is now in its second version.

I created this handbook for the Xi Delta chapter of Sigma Tau Delta. I wrote the handbook from scratch based on interviews with members of the organization and information provided by the organization's international website. I wrote the text in Microsoft Word '97; then I imported it to Adobe PageMaker 6.5 for formatting. The entire process took approximately four weeks. The booklet is designed to be printed out and collated with a saddle binding.

This is a membership application form I designed for the Xi Delta chapter of Sigma Tau Delta. The challenge was that in addition to collecting information from potential members, the form also had to deliver a lot of information about membership requirements and the application process.
